Rights for Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. Please make sure that the goods are in their original packaging and not used.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
Products that are damaged or lost-in-transit
Any claims for damaged or wrongly received items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. If the claim has been submitted later than 4 weeks, we reserve the right to refuse.
For packages that are categorized as lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The returned packages may take up to 1 month for us to receive and review. Once we have the package, we scan them back to our systems, and a notification is sent out to you regarding this order. We keep returned products for up to 30 days. From then on, you will be able to reship it to a different address. If the returned product was faulty, you can ask us to review it and send an image of it.
Orders that are shipped that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
