Delays during the COVID19

We are currently seeing delays in our filament partners & logistics network due to Covid-19. Depending on where your order is shipping from and your location, you may see an increase in transit times. This means that after your order has shipped, it may take a couple more days to reach you than is normal.


Common questions from the engineers and purchasers we work with.

From a legal perspective, UNISCOPIA GROUP is a company registered in Riga, Latvia. It resides various subordinate brands, including Printscopia, Landscopia, Dronescone and others. From a philosophical point of view, UNISCOPIA means everything of a scope.  

The fulfillment process usually takes on average 2-4 business days. The fulfillment process's length depends on various factors, such as print complexity, count, material, and the size of the model.

The shipping speed is entirely up to the carrier. An approx. Estimates are available below:

  • Baltic States 1 - 2 business days; 
  • Europe  2 - 7 business days;
  • International: 4 - 14 business days.

We do not offer or ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. Printscopia is available and ships to all rest of the countries.

We use Stripe as a 3rd party payment processor. You will receive a payment request via an e-mail that you used in submitting the quote. You will only have to pay for the service when we have reviewed your request and you are satisfied with the expected outcome.

We currently have a farm of PRUSA i3 Mk3S printers for most of our quotes, as they are proven to be reliable, efficient and qualified for most of our work with plastic materials. For resin materials, we use ANYCUBIC Photon SLA/DSLA 3DP technology printers.

Your files are protected, encrypted, and only used for fulfillment purposes. 


If someone is using your digital assets with our service, that infringes your intellectual property rights without permission or approval, please contact us via email at and we will review it as soon as possible!

Any claims for damaged or wrongly received items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. If the claim has been submitted later than 4 weeks, we reserve the right to refuse for refunding.


For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


The returned packages may take up to 1 month for us to receive it and review it. Once we have the package, we scan them back to our systems, and a notification is being sent out to you regarding this order. We keep returned products up to 30 days. From then on, you will be able to reship it to a different address. If the returned product was faulty, you can ask us to review it and send an image of it.


We print in various plastic materials, such as PLA, PETG, NYLON, ABS & many more. 

While some plastics are food safe, such as PLA, there other factors that compromise tthem to be completely food safe. To understand more about 3D Printer material food safety press here!

Encryption & Server Location

We use secure (encrypted) connections for all our customer and manufacturing partner interactions i.e. when any files are transferred. Our production servers are located in Europe; all digital models and drawings are stored on Google Cloud servers.
