About us

Formally we are called UNISCOPIA GROUP – a small company founded in 2020, which we have also identified to act as a sandbox or a playground for ideas and projects to prosper with a help of 3D Printing technology.

Printscopia being one of the first projects to come out also acts now as a backbone for any other projects involved with us.

Orders

After you have placed your order, we will initiate fulfillment which can take between 1-2 business days depending on the product and the amount.

If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact us immediately by email via info@printscopia.com

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your purchase. This 14 day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract.

Please contact us to edit the shipping address to an order you have placed via info@printscopia.com

You can edit your default shipping address by going to My Account > Addresses

At this moment we do not offer gift packages, however it is on our watchlist and expect an update for this feature!

Delivery

You can track your order status at Track Your Order by entering your order ID and billing email. If you have an account, you may also view and track your orders by going to My Account > Orders. 

Depending on your selected shipping method, order details may also include the tracking number once it is shipped out!

Yes, we ship internationally however with an exception of prohibited countries by shipping carriers listed below:

Crimea (region of Ukraine), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan & Syria

At this moment we offer two shipping methods that include tracking:

  • Latvian Postal Service [Local Postal]
  • DHL

We are located in Europe, Latvia.

  • European shipments may take between 4-8 business days.
  • International shipments may take between 4-12 business days.

 

Please keep in mind, that these are average estimates based on typical day shipments. On holiday season or any other unrelated event e.g. pandemic, estimates may be bound to increase drastically. 

Products

Most of our in-house products are made out of PLA plastic. An exception for special products that require physical endurance is made out of PETG plastic, ceramic, or wood.

Most of our products are made out of recyclable plastic and safe for disposal. Since most of our products are may completely out of one material, it makes it even easier and effortless!

 

Please make sure you follow your local disposing guidelines to ensure proper recycling.

We manufacture products once someone places an order to it. 3D Printing technology allows us to disrupt an existing manufacturing vertical and produce products as much as there is demand for it. No minimums, no upfront costs.

Currently, all of the listed products are created by us. We will expand opportunities for other makers in near future.

Order Issues

Any claims for damaged or wrongly received items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. If the claim has been submitted later than 4 weeks, we reserve the right to refuse.

If the package is lost, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us via info@printscopia.com and forward a picture of the item.

As a courtesy in most times, you are free to keep the wrong items by your choice. 

When orders get passed to the carrier, in a few rare cases, they might not always update or scan the parcel to let it update the tracking information. Please allow at least 2 weeks to pass, otherwise please contact us via info@printscopia.com as soon as possible!

Payment

At this current moment, we do not offer e-gift cards, however, they are on our to-do list. We will keep you updated!

We accept a variety of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, PayPal, American Express & Klarna.

We charge 21% VAT for orders shipped within European Union countries, except for the UK. VAT is automatically calculated on top of the price. We do not cover custom duties or import taxes.

If your order surpasses your country order value thresholds, you are most likely required to pay customs, sales, or import taxes.

 

We advise you to be sure about your country thresholds and other unrelated costs for imported products before ordering in large quantities.

Returns & Refunds

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Please make sure that the goods are in their original packaging and not used.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via info@printscopia.com or by filling out a form here!

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
